We've had a crazy ride with our newest preemie - 5 days out of the NICU, she was admited to the PICU and stayed 90 days, coming home with a trach and ventilator. Those things are not new to us, because my son had them too, but it's a lot to get sorted out and situated now that we're home again.
So, hopefully things here will be back on track too.
First, there will be a newsletter going out soon for the full moon - are there any prayer/healing/energy requests?
Second, I have some initial blog buttons for your use - feel free to link away!
Wonderful that you are home again! :)
ReplyDeleteI will grab a button & put it on my blog (somewhere in that mess...). I have not forgotten about artwork, it's just that the friend I had asked about it was making noises about people asking her to do artwork for free & well, I felt kind of uncomfortable reminding her about it. :\
I think I will bring it up to her again, but I also have another Pagan friend who is a draftswoman by trade. She has some pretty nice artistic skills as well, she just hides it. I'll see if she would give the logo idea you gave me a go. ;)
Glad you are back!
I figured better to get something out there and try to get things rolling again rather than wait for it all to be lined up. :) We can always update buttons and add buttons later.
ReplyDeletei just wanted to note how wonderful it is that you have this site up and running. to all the parents of preemies that you contact with, DO NOT GIVE UP!
ReplyDeletei was born 3 mo preemie. i am now married to my best friend and raising two wonderful little boys. i turn 34 in November. your children will pull through this and grow up to a wonderful life.
bushels of love!
Just wanted to say hi, hope that all is well with you and yours. My first son was 25+1 and now 9.5 years old. Seems like a million years ago but some days I still get a flashback to the NICU.
ReplyDeleteBrightest blessings to you all.
